Traceability
Synergic Italiana has developed over time a traceability technology applied to products for their unique identification as medical devices. The padding and labels of our items are marked with innovative methodology that allows us to identify each individual production batch of raw material and the product itself. In addition, if required by the customer’s management models, we are able to apply radio frequency tags to track the life course of each individual mattress and pillow.

We have built a production chain that shares our same values, and together we strive to develop environmentally friendly production processes. All our products are certified by authorized laboratories that have determined the total amounts of volatile organic substances released into the environment which are well within the minimal levels of recognized regulations. Synergic Italiana has embarked on a path to characterize the carbon footprint of the production and marketing of mattresses and specialty pillows, including the use of raw materials in line with the European Green Deal.
