Synstat®: Specialist Mattresses

Specialized, static and reactive hospital mattresses made of high resilience and medium to medium-high density polyurethane foam for common, specialized and decubitus injury-prone inpatients. The material constituting the filling has an open-cell honeycomb structure to ensurehigh breathability. Mattresses in the Synstat^® series have a bimodular whole structure with special incisions at flexion points or three or more sections.

The base module is cradle-shaped with containment edges made of non-deformable polyether 40S type polyurethane foam with high density (40 Kg/m³) and high bearing capacity so as to allow appropriate support and safety for the resident. The support module is shaped in deep truncated pyramids with independent movement in cellular polyurethane(Synstat^® Comfort model) or in special thermo-pressure-formable Synergel^® technopolymer(Synstat^®Antidecubitus model).

Available with Flame Proof lining in Trevira CS^® (breathable and self-extinguishing) or with Sycura^® lining (waterproof, breathable, bi-elastic, antistatic, self-extinguishing and self-decontaminating).

Certifications

The performance requirements ofnon-deformability and durability of Synstat^® series mattresses are certified in accordance with UNI 10707 – rev. 2003, by LAPI, a suitable authorized laboratory (compliance with technical tests was achieved by passing the highest level of severity, i.e. 45,000 cycles).
The index of comfort biomedical area (model ^Synstat® Comfort) and anti-decubitus (model Synstat^® Antidecubitus, Synstat^® Touch Antidecubitus, Synstat^® 2D and Synstat^® 3D ) are certified according to the ErgoCert technical specification.
^Synstat® series mattresses are CE-marked as required by the EU MDR 2017/745 and approved by the Ministry of the Interior in fire reaction class 1 IM according to CSE RF 4/83 DM 26/06/84(UNI 9175 and UNI 9175/FA1 DM 03/09/2001).
They are Latex-Free certified products.
