Synflex Antidecubitus Mattress Topper
Static reactive anti-decubitus mattress topper manufactured in Synergel® (density 60 kg/m3 , medium-high bearing capacity), a special shape-memory viscoelastic thermo-press-formable expanded copolymer, with non-measurable elastic response (resilience) according to UNI regulations. The lack of elastic memory allows a drastic reduction of compression onto tissues, an effective prevention activity on low-medium-high risk patients, as well as the healing effect for stage 1 decubitus lesions.
The bearing surface of Synflex antidecubitus mattress topper features a special truncated-pyramid shape, with independent movement, in order to enhance transpiration and help reducing contact and friction-shear pressure, thus, tissue maceration.
The padding material is open-cells and alveolar structured, in order to ensure high transpiration.
